Norwegian DJ and music producer Alan Walker congratulated Virat Kohli on becoming a father for the second time. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli welcomed their second child, son Akaay, last month. The former India skipper has not played a competitive game since January as he was with his wife for the birth of their child.

Anushka gave birth to the baby on February 15. Virat Kohli was named in India’s squad for the first two Tests against England but withdrew from both games to be with his wife. While he was expected to return for the last three games of the series, he decided to stay away.

Earlier this week, he joined the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) camp to prepare for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). On Tuesday (March 20), he and other RCB players attended the RCB Unbox event at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The event also saw Alan Walker making his live debut at an event related to the IPL.

He also talked about his meeting with Kohli as well as Dinesh Karthik and congratulated Smriti Mandhana who recently led RCB to a historic triumph in the Women’s Premier League.

“I had a great time performing at the #RCBUnbox event and it was a surreal feeling to be surrounded by so much fan love, joy, and positivity in the stadium. I had the pleasure of meeting both Virat Kohli and Dinesh Kartik, both amazing cricketers and humans. I’m also happy to see that women’s cricket is flourishing in India and my best wishes to Smriti Mandhana. Looking forward to be back again soon!’ “
