The carnage by the Australian all-rounder Cameron Green has ended at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The 10th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 is taking place between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

RCB batters have brought their brutal best in the ongoing game against KKR at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. One of the major reasons behind that was all-rounder Cameron Green, who made sure that he made the crowd’s money worth with his power-hitting batting.

Cameron Green showed no mercy at the KKR bowlers and smashed bowlers all over the park. He in particular targeted Sunil Narine and brought the opposition under pressure. The batter tried to take on the attack to Andre Russell as well and to some extent did that too.

Cameron Green hit Andre Russell for a big six but the KKR all-rounder had the last laugh as he produced a peach to dismiss the batters. During the last ball of the 9th over, the Carribean bowler bowled a full delivery that was angling into the pads.

The ball was going down the leg-side to which Cameron Green flicked. He missed the ball completely as the ball hit the pad and went to hit the stumps. His wicket silenced the whole crowd at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru as KKR made a slight comeback.

Here’s the video:

Cameron Green played a vital innings for Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. He put his team in the dominating position and provided much-needed momentum to the team after they lost skipper Faf du Plessis for just 8 runs early on the innings.

Cameron Green ended with the innings of 33 runs off 21 balls. He batted with the strike rate of over 157 and also slammed 4 fours and 2 sixes in his innings. His brutal knock made sure Royal Challengers Bengaluru surpass 100-run mark with ease.

After Cameron Green got out, Glenn Maxwell took the center stage and made sure that he bats with high strike rate. Although, he had dropped catches but he made sure that he takes KKR bowlers to cleaners and continue from where his Australia team left off.

Glenn Maxwell was removed by Sunil Narine in the 15th over. The mystery spinner bowled a delivery to which the batter got the thick top-edge. He tried to make room as the ball flew to sweeper cover, where Rinku Singh took an easy catch.

Glenn Maxwell ended with the innings of 28 runs off 19 balls. He hit three boundaries and one six in his innings and a strike rate of around 150. This was the fourth time Sunil Narine removed the all-rounder in the T20 cricket. RCB lost their third wicket for 124 runs. The onus now lies on Virat Kohli, who has slammed his second successive half-century of the season. He would be hoping to make it count and help his team get a big total on the board.
