Hardik Pandya is not having a great time in the Indian Premier League. The all-rounder hasn't been welcomed by the fans as the skipper of the team. He replaced Rohit Sharma as the captain of the team, who won five titles as the leader and made the team most successful.
Hardik Pandya has received boos from the fans and is being treated with Rohit Rohit chants. To worsen the case more, the all-rounder also lost the first three games as a captain of the team and it invitee even more criticism from the fans.
However, things got better in the last game for Hardik Pandya. During the game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Virat Kohli urged fans to not boo the all-rounder. After that, the fans started chanting his name and came out in support of him at the Wankhede Stadium.
Hardik Pandya would be keen to make an impact with the bat and ball in the ongoing game against Chennai Super Kings. After losing the first three games as the captain of the team, the five-time champions made a strong comeback and won the next two games on Trott. They would be hoping for another game at the Wankhede Stadium.
