PSL 2022 Points Table: Updated Points Table After Karachi Kings vs Quetta Gladiators Match

PSL 2022 is witnessing nail-biting matches. So far, 4 matches have taken place in Pakistan Super League 2022. Currently, Multan Sultans takes the top spot in the PSL 2022 points table while Karachi Kings is at the bottom.

A total of 6 teams are part of the Pakistan Super League 2022. On Saturday (January 28), two matches took place in PSL 2022. Multan Sultans defeated Lahore Qalandars by 5 wickets in the first encounter.

Batting first, opener Fakhar Zaman slammed a blistering knock of 76 runs for Lahore Qalandars. Kamran Ghulam later scored 43 runs off 31 balls. Abdullah Shafique also contributed 24 runs. With a 4-ball-17 cameo by Rashid Khan towards the end, Lahore Qalandars registered 206-5 on the scoreboard.

For Multan Sultans, openers Shan Masood and Mohammad Rizwan slammed 83 and 69 respectively. The rest of the batsmen ensured to reach the target in the final over with 5 wickets in hand. Khushdil Shah quickfire of 18 runs off 4 balls helped Multan Sultans to finish on the winning side.

In the second encounter on Saturday in PSL 2022, Quetta Gladiators crushed Karachi Kings by 8 wickets. Batting first, Karachi Kings was bowled out for just 113 in the 1st innings. Skipper Babar Azam was the top run-getter for the team with his 32 runs.

Naseem Shah picked a fabulous 5-wicket haul. Later, Ahsan Ali scored unbeaten 57 runs to bring home the victory for Quetta Gladiators by 8 wickets. Will Smeed also hit crucial 30 runs for the team.
