Pune Warriors India was facing Royal Challengers Bangalore and they won the toss and elected to field first. The Universe Boss Chris Gayle opened the innings with Tillakaratne Dilshan and he literally demolished the PWI bowling unit.

Almost half of Gayle’s inning was filled with boundaries as he smashed 13 fours and 17 sixers. The Universe Boss was going berserk against every bowler. Meanwhile, in the end, he finished his knock at unbeaten 175 off 66 deliveries at a massive strike rate of 265.15. With the help of Gayle’s century, RCB posted 263/5 on the board.

During the chase, PWI was unable to give a tough fight to the opposition and in 20 overs they scored 133 at the loss of 9 wickets. Meanwhile, the Virat Kohli-led RCB won the game by a humongous margin of 130 runs.
