The news of the marriage of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma was kept privy. It only came out when the couple wanted it, and they received congratulatory messages from all around the world when it was made public. However, the moment Anushka shared the pic of her with Virat; people started trolling the pair.

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied know on December 11 in Italy. Though the news was confirmed on the day of marriage; the rumours had already revealed it. It is to be noted that Virat Kohli had also asked for rest for the limited overs series against Sri Lanka.

Kohli had told BCCI that he had some commitments until December 12 and in the end, it turned out to be true,
Soon, Kohli led Indian team is all set to fly to South Africa for a two-month long tour. The series will comprise of a total of three Tests, six ODIs and three T20Is.

Anushka Sharma, Kohli’s life, will also travel to South Africa with Kohli and would return in the first week of the year.
The international fixtures will start on January 5, and the last game will be played on February 24.
