India vs Pakistan: ' I Am Not Scared Of Anyone But Virat Bhaiya Ke Gusse Se Dar Lagta Hai'- Rishabh Pant

Virat Kohli has an aggressive mindset on the field and is quite animated. He is often compared to the Legendary Ricky Ponting as there are a lot of similarities between them. He doesn’t think twice before going against any opponent; he is the complete opposite of MS Dhoni who used to be calm & composed on the field. The opponent team easily gets intimidated by such an aggressive approach which results in silly dismissals.
Virat Kohli’s aggression threatens India’s wicket-keeper batter Rishabh Pant. The left-handed batter who is quite vocal behind the stumps gets frightened whenever Virat is angry. Pant is the only left-handed batter present in the setup who is very much pivotal to the team’s chances in the Asia Cup 2022 as well as in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. It would be interesting to see at what position Pant bats as he was earlier tried in the opening slot against England T20Is.
Rishabh Pant on Virat Kohli’s anger
“I am not scared of anyone but Virat Bhaiya ke gusse se dar lagta hai (I’m scared of Virat Kohli’s anger),” said Pant in a video on the Delhi Capitals’ Twitter handle.
“If you are doing everything correctly, then why should he (Kohli) get angry? But if you make a mistake and someone gets angry with you, it’s good because you only learn from your mistakes,” said Pant.
Rishabh Pant and Virat Kohli on radar
Rishabh Pant had a topsy-turvy England & Caribbean tour. His place in the team is questioned as Dinesh Karthik is banging the door for yet another comeback. He needs to convert his starts and make sure that he is sticking to the crease. He is quite good behind at the wickets as there is a bit of banter and he is also good at guiding the spinners.
It would be interesting to see at what position Virat Kohli bats. He had a forgettable England tour as this time he was consuming a lot of deliveries. Rohit Sharma & Rahul Dravid would be hoping that he brings some stability to the top order by playing effective knocks. Unless and until KL Rahul is injured; Virat Kohli won’t open the batting as KL Rahul can make the power-play count.
