India won the IND vs AUS Test series 2-1. Later, when Sunil Gavaskar gave the Border-Gavaskar Trophy to Rohit Sharma after the presentation ceremony, he handed the trophy to KS Bharat and Suryakumar Yadav. Both Bharat and Yadav made their Test debut in IND vs AUS Test series.

Suryakumar Yadav played only IND vs AUS 1st Test. In the only innings he batted, he scored 8 runs. On the other hand, KS Bharat played for India in all 4 Test matches. He was the wicketkeeper of the team in all four games. He scored 101 runs in 6 innings across 4 games.

Rohit Sharma Hands Trophy To KS Bharat and Suryakumar Yadav

During the post-match presentation, India skipper Rohit Sharma handed over the Border-Gavaskar Trophy to KS Bharat and Suryakumar Yadav. Both of them took the central spot with the team as they celebrated their victory in yet another Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Have a look at the video below.

India vs Australia 4th Test ended in a draw. Batting first in the match, Australia was bowled out for 480. Later, India replied with 571-10, taking a 91-run lead. Till the conclusion of day 5, Australia was railing at 175-2 (d) on the board. Virat Kohli won the man of the match award for his 186-run knock in the 1st innings.

Earlier, India won the 1st Test by innings and 132 runs and the 2nd Test by 6 wickets. Australia managed to win the 3rd Test by 9 wickets. However, they could not manage to win the series.

Ravichandran Ashwin picked 25 wickets in IND vs AUS Test series. Ravindra Jadeja hunted 22 wickets across 4 games. Both of them were awarded the player of the series awards. India and Australia will now lock horns in a three-match ODI series starting March 17.
