Caribbean Premier League Records & Stats
Yet another exciting season of the Caribbean Premier League is just around the corner. The much-awaited Caribbean Premier League 2024 (CPL 2024) is scheduled to be played from August 29 to October 6. The upcoming tournament will be the 12th edition of the competition.
Like the previous 11 seasons, a total of six teams will be competing in the upcoming season as well. However, CPL 2024 will see the addition of a new team in place of a team that was playing in the competition from the very inaugural season in 2013.
Three-time champions Jamaica Tallawahs will not be playing in CPL 2024. In December last year, they were disbanded from the tournament. The Tallawahs have been replaced by Antigua and Barbuda Falcons. The other five teams in the competition are the same that participated in the previous editions.
CPL 2024 team list:
- Antigua & Barbuda Falcons
- Barbados Royals
- Guyana Amazon Warriors
- St Kitts & Nevis Patriots
- Saint Lucia Kings
- Trinbago Knight Riders
