The aggressive right-hander had gone through a tough phase with the Indian test and was dropped from the squad after that before playing getting back to domestic cricket.

With KL Rahul looking slightly out of touch in the T20 series against England, Prithvi Shaw can replace him at the top of the order as he can be very destructive. His impact while the opening is an immense advantage and will be helpful in the T20 Worldcup. Yadav has got the attacking game to take on any bowling attack in the world and his unorthodox shots over the wicketkeeper’s head are something that can be very hard for any captain to set a field. He keeps finding the gaps and he will be playing a huge role in the Indian middle-order with his ability to play spin.
