Steve Smith is finally showing his abilities in T20s too. After dominating the Test and One-Day Internationals format, the former Australia skipper, the former Australia skipper is proving his worth in the shortest format of the game too.

The right-handed batsman has been in absolute red hot form in the ongoing Big Bash League where he is plying his trades for Sydney Sixers. On Saturday, he scored his second consecutive century in the T20 competition to power his team to a huge win over Sydney Thunder.

Only three centuries have been scored in the ongoing BBL season and Smith has now scored two of them. The star batsman and Moises Henriques put on the 10th highest partnership in BBL, sharing an unbeaten stand of 155 runs in just 90 balls.

His second century has also helped Sixers thrash Thunder by 125 runs. Despite David Warner being in the side, the Thunder could not do much with the bat as they were all out for just 62.  Warner top-scored with an unconvincing 16 (23) as he was one of the only two Thunder players to reach double figures.
