A New Zealand-based website posted unexpectedly stooped quite low by posting an unpleasant photo to take a jibe at Indian captain Virat Kohli. The picture erupted after India’s eight-wicket loss to New Zealand in the ICC World Test Championship final in Southampton. Fans have predictably come down hard at the post for degrading the Indian captain.

Virat Kohli did not have the most desired start to the English sojourn as he was unsuccessful in capturing the ICC World Test Championship as New Zealand came out on top by eight wickets. The 32-year old could not make a significant impact with the bat either, scoring only 55 runs in the match, making 44 and 13 in India’s 170 and 217. Kiwi captain Kane Williamson reigned supreme as he scored an unbeaten fifty in the fourth innings and added 96 runs to lead New Zealand to glory.
Notably, Kyle Jamieson got the better of Virat Kohli in both the innings and played a significant role in his side’s victory, winning the man of the match award. The towering seamer picked up seven wickets in the match and scored 21 runs in the first innings. But Virat Kohli heaped praises on Jamieson after the game, claiming him to be an excellent bowler and that his height gives him a great advantage.
Kohli also admitted they fail to put him under enough pressure. Nevertheless, a New Zealand-based website named Alternative Commentary Collective (ACC) crossed some lines and posted a picture, showing Kyle Jamieson, represented a young woman holding Virat Kohli, deemed as an old man, with a leash around his neck.
