Former India National Cricket Team player Aakash Chopra lashed out at the England National Cricket Team batters for their poor effort with the bat in the series. He said that they always talk about Bazball but it is like 'Aa bail mujhe maar'.

The T20I series between the India National Cricket Team and the England National Cricket Team was a forgettable series for the visitors. The Jos Buttler-led were at the receiving end of a 4-1 series loss as the Suryakumar Yadav-led side were all over them with bat and ball.

England looked absolutely clueless in the fifth T20I, bagging 150-run loss

England looked absolutely clueless in the fifth T20I as they bagged a 150-run loss. India National Cricket Team were asked to bat first as they posted a total of 247 runs on the board, with Abhishek Sharma slamming a massive ton, ending with a 135-run knock.

England's batters then looked terrible with the bat as they got all out for just 97 runs. They attempted to play an attacking brand of cricket as they were focused on getting runs quickly. Only Phil Salt was successful, as he slammed a solid half-century and kept his team in the hunt.

Mohammed Shami was the pick of the bowlers for the India National Cricket Team as he picked three wickets while Varun Chakravarthy, Shivam Dube, and Abhishek Sharma picked two wickets each as Suryakumar Yadav-led side won the game by 150 runs and sealed the series by 4-1.

England, the less we say about you, the better it is because your game was extremely ordinary - Aakash Chopra

Aakash Chopra called England's game 'extremely ordinary' in the T20I series against India. He pointed out a few good efforts and said in a video posted on his YouTube channel:

"England, the less we say about you, the better it is because your game was extremely ordinary. Phil Salt in one match, Buttler in two matches and Ben Duckett in one-and-a-half matches. In batting, Harry Brook in one match and Liam Livingstone in half a match."

They say Bazball, but at times I feel they say 'Aa bail mujhe maar' - Aakash Chopra

Aakash Chopra added that England's batter's performance wasn't up to the mark, pointing out the visitors aren't able to play if the ball spins and they find it difficult if it swings. He said that their bazball approach is more like inviting trouble. He stated:

"The performance was not there at all. They aren't able to play if the ball spins a little and they find it difficult if it swings. They say Bazball, but at times I feel they say 'Aa bail mujhe maar', they bat like that many times," concluded Aakash Chopra.

Jos Buttler was the leading run-getter for England in the series with 146 runs at an average of 29.20 in five innings. He was the only batter with more than 100 runs in the series for England. While Adil Rashid was the only other player to average more than 20.
