Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been a power couple in Indian cricket and in Bollywood as well. The two have recently been spotted at the Mumbai airport on Sunday morning, catching a flight to an unknown destination. The couple has often been regarded as the ideal couple due to their love and respect for each other.
Virat and Anushka are parents of two children, Vamika and Akaay. Kohli, who now plays only one format for India, which is the ODI, is often seen spending his time with his family and children. The couple proudly promotes the Santan Dharma and embraces their spiritual path. On Sunday morning, Virat and Anushka made the day for a few paparazzi who were present at the airport.

The paparazzi had the chance to pose for photos with Virat and Anushka. While taking the photo, Virat Kohli jokingly said that the "Plane won’t wait for us", and Anushka Sharma said, "aisa lag rha hai hum shaadi ka photo le rhe (It feels like we are taking a wedding photo)."

They were recently seen at the iconic Gateway of India waterfront as they returned to Mumbai from Alibaug. Alibaug has been the favourite getaway for the couple in recent times. As per reports, they bought a five-acre plot in Zirad village, Raigad.
Virat and Anushka remains as the power couple
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted last week in the Premanand Ji Maharaj’s ashram in Vrindavan to seek the guru’s blessings. Since the couple got married, they have often been visiting the ashram. The couple is believed to have shifted their base to London, where their second child, Akaay, was born in 2024.
Virat Kohli was last seen during the ODI series against New Zealand. He was in sensational form throughout the series, scoring two hundreds. In the previous series against South Africa, he also looked in great touch, scoring 302 runs and winning the player of the series award.
Virat Kohli, who has been said to be non-committal for the 2027 ODI World Cup by the BCCI chief selector Ajit Agarkar, has given a response with his bat and showcased why he has been regarded as the best ODI batter of all time.
Virat Kohli remains the greatest ODI player
In the last two series, he has scored 542 runs in the 50-over format and displayed why he still remains the best chaser of the game in the white-ball format. Kohli has retired from T20 after winning the T20 World Cup 2024, and then from Test cricket later in 2025.
The Chase Master will next be in action during the TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). Then he would be back for India against England, during the month of July 2026. With a long gap, he has been enjoying his holidays and would be seen joining the RCB camp a few weeks ahead of the IPL 2026.
Virat Kohli has also been dropped to Grade B in their annual player contracts. This demotion from the top category results from his retirement from Test and T20 International cricket.
