For years, fans kept demanding more chances for the Kerala wicketkeeper-batter whenever he was left out of the playing XI. But in this tournament, the right-handed batter finally grabbed his opportunity and delivered powerful performances, and helped India to lift the trophy.

In his viral reel, Arshdeep jokingly reminded Samson about the long-running online “Justice for Sanju Samson” campaign for him in the Indian team. Trolling the Kerala star, the Punjab lad said in his reel, “Justice mil gaya" (finally got justice). The playful tease made Samson burst into laughter.

Gautam Gambhir’s rare smile goes viral in Arshdeep's reel

The reel had another highlight when the camera turned towards India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir. Known for his serious personality, Gambhir was seen smiling widely as Arshdeep teased him by saying, "Paaji, kade has vi leya karo yaar (Brother, you should smile sometimes)." His rare cheerful moment caught the attention of fans on social media.

In another reel, Arshdeep praised Axar Patel by saying, "Ek Bapu ne Azadi dilayi, dusre ne trophy. (One Bapu gave us freedom, the other gave us the trophy),” referring to the freedom fighter Mahatma Gandhi, who is known as Bapu, and the all-rounder was also fondly called by that nickname.

Suryakumar Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah steals the show in Arshdeep Singh’s viral reel

Meanwhile, India’s T20 captain, Suryakumar Yadav, also appeared in Arshdeep’s reel, where he stole the show with his acting. Without a single grin, the skipper asked the bowler, “Why are they acting like they won the World Cup?" while showing his medal.

In another viral moment, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami featured with the ace pacer saying, "He now believes in Arshdeep’s reels." One more reel also went viral where Arshdeep and Ishan Kishan used the famous Bihari phrase “Ek Bihari Sab Par Bhari.”

Arshdeep’s big reel plan fails

After the final, Arshdeep was asked how many Instagram Reels he was planning to upload from the big night. The left-arm pacer confidently said he wanted to post around ten reels to show fans the behind-the-scenes celebration of the historic victory.

But the Indian team’s celebrations continued late into the night, and players were busy enjoying the special moment together. Because of which Arshdeep could post only 7 reels.
