Quinton de Kock continued his golden touch in the tournament as he batted staggeringly well and put his team on the top. The keeper-batter looked in full control right from ball 1 as he played some crisp shots and put Australian bowlers under pressure. 

Quinton de Kock looked cautious in the start but once he got his eye set in he looked pleasing to eyes. The opening batter timed the ball to perfection. He added 108 runs opening partnership with captain Temba Bavuma (35). But once the right-hander was back, he took the charge. 

Quinton de Kock smashed his century in 90 balls and made sure that he didn’t let Australian bowlers settle in. He reached the milestone with a massive six. This was his second consecutive ton in the tournament. The keeper-batter has batted with a strike rate of over 108 and has toiled with the field. He earlier smashed 100 runs off 84 balls against Sri Lanka in Delhi.

Quinton de Kock so far has smashed 8 fours and 5 sixes in his innings. With the way, he was batting he looked set for a big knock. But unfortunately, he was out. The keeper-batter ended with the knock of 109 runs. He smashed 8 fours and 5 sixes in his innings. His knock made sure that South Africa went past 200 runs on the board.
