Avesh Khan Bought By Lucknow Super Giants For INR 9.75 crore at IPL Auction 2025

India fast-bowler Avesh Khan has registered himself for the IPL 2025 mega auction at a base price of INR 2 crore. The right-arm pacer has played for four teams in the IPL so far.

His journey in the competition began with Royal Challengers Bengaluru in 2017. In his first IPL season, Avesh played just one game and picked up a wicket. Ahead of the 2018 season, he joined Delhi Capitals. In IPL 2018, he picked up 4 wickets in 6 games.

In the following two seasons, he managed to play one game per season and could not take any wickets. He finally announced his arrival in the IPL in 2021 by taking 21 wickets in 16 games for the Delhi-based outfit.

In the 2022 mega auction, Lucknow Super Giants signed up Avesh. The fast-bowler picked up 18 wickets in IPL 2022 before managing only 8 wickets in the following season. In IPL 2024, he plied his trade for Rajasthan Royals and picked up an impressive 19 wickets in 16 games.
