The leg spinner Rehan Ahmed became the youngest player to represent the England National Cricket Team across all three formats. Rehan Ahmed achieved that landmark during the second T20I of the three-match series between England and Bangladesh at the Shere Bangla National Stadium, on Sunday, March 12.
Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bowl first. The Shakib Al Hasan-led team made one change to their line-up as Mehidy Hasan Miraz replaced Shamim Hossain. The visitors also made one change to the playing XI, with Rehan Ahmed replacing fast bowler Mark Wood as the pitches were more helpful to spinners.

Rehan Ahmed made his Test debut against Pakistan in the third and final match in Karachi. The 18-year-old picked up a five-wicket haul in his debut match, becoming the youngest bowler to do so. He made his ODI debut in the final match of the three-match series against Bangladesh last week. Rehan made his ODI debut at 18 years and 205 days old, breaking the long-standing record previously held by Ben Hollioake.
