A troubling yet sad incident unfolded in the stands when India and Bangladesh battled it out on the field in the second and final Test at Green Pak Stadium in Kanpur on Friday, September 27.

Tiger Roby, a very famous super fan of the Bangladesh cricket team, was reportedly assaulted by some Indian fans on Day 1 of the ongoing final Test.

The situation escalated to the point where local police had to step in and escort Roby to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Roby, dressed in his signature tiger costume, was seated in stand C when the incident took place at the Green Park Stadium on Friday.

However, the cause of the confrontation remains unclear, but the media claimed that the Bangladeshi fan was just seeking attention, while some said he had fainted because of dehydration.

Now, Tiger Robi exposed the Indian media’s blatant lies to hide the truth about his assault by the Indian crowd.

Robi said that the truth is that he was attacked by the Indian fans. In a viral video, Tiger Robi recounted an incident where he experienced health issues and was later attacked by a few individuals during the India vs Bangladesh match in Kanpur.

He mentioned feeling unwell before lunch and, while trying to make his way downstairs, was taken to the hospital by a police inspector. Robi, who has undergone a kidney transplant, explained that as he was on the roof of the stadium during Bangladesh's batting, a group of people approached him for pictures.

Amid the crowd, two or three individuals attacked him from behind. The Bangladeshi fan has stressed that the media has been spreading false information about the incident, urging people to verify the details on the Daily Cricket's official website. However, Robi shared that he is now recovering and asked for prayers for his well-being.
