Hardik Pandya’s poor form in the series continued as he managed an underwhelming eight-ball 11 in the fourth T20I against England.
Coming into bat in the 17th over, Hardik Pandya once again struggled against the pace and hard lengths employed by the English duo of Mark Wood and Jofra Archer.
He was eventually dismissed by Mark Wood after two consecutive short-of-a-length deliveries at his body when he decided to hit his way out of it.
It all happened on the fifth delivery of the 18th over when Hardik Pandya backed away and stroked another back of a length delivery by Wood straight as a plateau towards the covers region.

The only problem was that England had Ben ‘Superman’ Stokes stationed there. Stokes, in what can be termed as another ‘No you cannot do that Ben Stokes’ moment, moved to his left and plucked a catch out of thin air to stun Pandya and millions of Indian fans watching around the world.
That said, India, thanks to brilliant knocks from Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant, have posted 8-185 in a must-win game against England.
