After the IPL, international cricket is back, and amidst all this, the franchises are looking for some massive trades during this span of time. Kuldeep Yadav has already said goodbye to the Delhi Capitals (DC).
Kuldeep Yadav, in a video uploaded from the Delhi Capitals social media handle, bid adieu to the franchise as he has been involved in the trade deal of Rishabh Pant, along with INR 15 crores to be handed over to Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). The left-arm wrist spinner has been a part of the DC franchise for the past five years.

After DC uploaded the video and Kuldeep’s goodbye comments, the Chairman and Co-Owner of Parth Jindal has tweeted on his official account, thanking Kuldeep Yadav for his service over the last five seasons. Jindal mentioned that Kuldeep was an important part of the team and will be missed very much.
The former also wished the spinner all the luck for his new journey. Jindal tweeted on X (formerly Twitter) account, "Dear Kuldeep thank you for your service over the last 5 years in Delhi Capitals you have been a core part of our team and you will be sorely missed."

Rishabh Pant and Kuldeep Yadav are back home
It is a homecoming for both cricketers, as Rishabh Pant started off his career in Delhi and then went to LSG for two seasons and will yet again be back in the side. Kuldeep comes from Unnao, a district of Uttar Pradesh, and the franchise LSG is based in one of the districts, so Kuldeep will be back home in every sense, as he started his cricketing career in UP.
Despite Dr.Sanjiv Goenka mentioning in an interview that Rishabh Pant will be with the franchise at least for 10 seasons and win five trophies. But the Southpaw, after two disappointing seasons, stepped down from the captaincy role and is confirmed to leave the franchise as well, which is a huge setback for the management.
Official announcement of both players to come soon
The official social media handle of the Indian Premier League (IPL) shared a post. "Announcement Rishabh Pant and Kuldeep Yadav complete high-profile trade between @DelhiCapitals and @LucknowIPL. Rishabh Pant all set to rejoin #DC at INR 15 Crore whereas Kuldeep Yadav will join #LSG at INR 13.5 Crore," read the post's caption.
However, LSG and DC are yet to announce their new arrivals on their official social media handles. There will be some special videos and graphics to be used to make their respective announcements. The fans must keep an eye out as the announcement can come within a few days' time.
