Former Pakistan cricketer Tanvir Ahmed is known for trolling and using derogatory comments against Team India for various reasons. This time, Tanvir has again posted something on social media that the Indian team and the Indian fans won't like.

After India's defeat in the third ODI against Sri Lanka, Tanvir took to social media to troll Team India. He did not stop there and even trolled India's head coach Gautam Gambhir. However, it is not likely to affect the Indian team but the Indian fans would not like this attitude.

On social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Tanvir Ahmed posted, "Next time india walon ko bolain gay achi team ley kar Ana (Next time, we will tell Team India to bring a good team)🤣🤣🤣🤣."

The former Pakistan fast bowler did not stop here and even brought India's head coach Gautam Gambhir into the discussion.

"India team ka ODI series harney ka gift Gautham ghambir (This is the gift of losing the ODI series, Gautam Gambhir)" Tanvir posted on X.

Tanvir has previously made derogatory comments about the Indian team and its players. Recently, he has launched shameless attacks on India's legendary spinner Harbhajan Singh, and even challenged India to come to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy.

Sri Lanka batted first again

India had a disappointing time in the ODI series as they suffered a shocking loss to an inexperienced Sri Lanka team. In the final ODI of the series, Sri Lanka won the toss and again decided to bat first. They got off to a flying start and at 171-1, they looked set for a big total on the board.

But Indian bowlers staged a fine comeback led by the debutant Riyan Parag. The spinners kept a tight leash and did not allow the Sri Lankan middle-order batters to score quickly and gather momentum.

Kamindu Mendis played a short cameo in the end as Sri Lanka reached 248-7 in 50 overs. Opener Avishka Fernando smashed 96 off 102 balls with 9 fours and 2 sixes. Pathum Nissanka continued his terrific form and scored 45 while Kusal Mendis also chipped in with a crucial 59 off 82 balls.

It was all about the Indian spinners in the bowling department as Mohammed Siraj was the lone specialist pacer in the Playing XI. Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, and Kuldeep Yadav picked up a wicket each while Riyan Parag picked up 3-54 in 9 overs.

India suffers another shocking loss; Sri Lanka scripts history

Chasing a 249 to win, India lost Shubman Gill early, which summed up his poor ODI series. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma looked in good touch but as soon as the Sri Lankan spinners were brought into the attack, runs started to dry up. Rohit Sharma tried a big slog sweep and was dismissed.

It was the start of a collapse that India had witnessed in the first two ODIs as well. Rishabh Pant, who was playing his first ODI since his horrific car accident, was also dismissed cheaply while Virat Kohli too could not trouble the scorers much. The rest of the middle order could not stay on the wicket for too long.

Only Washington Sundar, who came to bat at No. 9, offered some resistance and scored 30 off 25 balls, which consisted of 2 fours and 3 sixes. But the target was way too much and India fell short by 110 runs.
