GT vs LSG: LSG's Jaydev Unadkat Ruled Out Of IPL 2023 Due To Shoulder Injury

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) confirms that left-arm pacer Jaydev Unadkat has been ruled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023. The pacer suffered a should injury and was deemed unfit by the medical staff to take part in the further tournament.
Ahead of the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Monday (1st May) Jaydev Unadkat while bowling in the nets fell on the ground in his followthrough. His foot got stuck in the rope of the nets and he fell on his shoulder.

Taking to their official Twitter account, LSG confirmed about his unavailability for the rest of the season and revealed that they will support him in his recovery process. The statement added:

“Jaydev Unadkat will miss the rest of the IPL season due to injury. We’re fully supporting him during his recovery so he can come back on the field as soon as possible.”
Jaydev Undakat played just 3 games in the IPL 2023. He failed to take a single wicket in the three games and had a slightly higher economy rate of 11.50.
