India have won the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, beating New Zealand by 96 runs in the final at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The Men in Blue side achieved some amazing milestones after the historic win last Sunday. Suryakumar Yadav’s side played their perfect match in the final of the competition, scoring 255/5 in their 20 overs.
After this win, India became the first side to defend the trophy, the first team to win back-to-back titles, and also the first nation to win the T20 World Cup at home. Among the celebrations, there have been feuds between two cricketers. Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who was a crucial member of the side, has reportedly been involved in a feud.
Fight between Pandya brothers?
Hardik Pandya has been rummored to have a distance with his brother, Krunal Pandya. Hardik and Krunal are two of the brothers who have played for India and are also among the brothers to have represented their nation together on the international stage. Both of them started their career with the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Mumbai Indians (MI).
Back in 2016, they were picked by one of the most successful franchises in IPL, and the Pandya brothers went on to play till 2021. The Pandya brothers won three IPL trophies during this tenure. After that, they went to different franchises, though Hardik is back in MI, but Krunal now plays for defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB).

There are reports suggesting that there is a rift between the Pandya brothers. As shockingly they didn't even post stories on social media congratulating the T20 World Cup winner.
This shocking incident did not go away from the fans, as it was very much noticed in between the celebrations as well. There are rumours that the Pandya brothers fought among themselves after Hardik Pandya’s divorce from Natasha Stankovic. After the divorce, Krunal Pandya and his wife were seen with Hardik's ex-wife and their son Agastya.

However, there has been no confirmed news about the rift between the two brothers. Hardik has now been in a relationship with model Mahieka Sharma, as the latter has been spotted during Hardik’s matches and was also present in the final of the T20 World Cup 2026. There will be much clarity on the Pandya brothers' fight once the IPL starts.
Hardik Pandya once again stepped up for India in the major event as the all-rounder scored 217 runs for the Men in Blue at a strike rate of 160.74. The star cricketer also picked up 9 wickets in the tournament.
He has been one of the crucial members for the side in the white-ball format of the game. Hardik will be seen during the victory parade of the T20 World Cup and then next in the IPL.
