India’s middle-order batsman, Suryakumar Yadav has reacted after being awarded the Man of the Match in just his second international game. Suryakumar Yadav stole the show for team India as the hosts won the fourth game of the series by 8 runs and levelled the five-match series 2-2.
Suryakumar Yadav has had to wait for a very long time before making it into the Indian team. For years, he had been waiting for his call-up on the national side and he got it in the T20I series against England. Finally, he made his international debut in the second game of the series but he was evicted from playing XI of the third match without even getting a chance to bat in the second game.

Surya eventually ended up scoring 57 runs off just 31 balls to help the hosts get to a fighting total in the first innings of the game.
Suryakumar Yadav was very happy as he bagged his first Man of the Match award and said, “Really happy with the way things went. I have always dreamt of playing for India and winning games for the team. Just trying to be myself, I keep talking to myself and keep things very simple. The team management and Virat asked me to keep it simple and do what I have been doing in the IPL all along.”
Team India Go On Level Terms In The Series
The Indian Cricket Team have now gone on equal footings in the five-match series after beating England in the fourth T20I by 8 runs.
