India registered a dominating victory over Bangladesh in the second Test at Kanpur to seal the two-match Test series 2-0. It was not an easy win for the home team as they had to play a different brand of cricket after rain had washed out Day 2 and 3 of the Test match.
But India showed why they have been such an outstanding Test team in the last few years. After the win, Mohammed Siraj, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Rohit Sharma spoke about the crucial game-changing moments in the game.
While Mohammed Siraj and Rohit Sharma spoke about their outstanding one-handed catches, Jaiswal reflected on his batting performance that earned him the Player of the Match award. Jaiswal also spoke about Rohit Sharma's influence on the team as captain.

Mohammed Siraj speaks on India's performance and his brilliant catch
Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj did not have much to do in this match but played a key role in the match. He picked up 2 wickets in the first innings and also took a catch that he will remember for a long time.
"From the time I started playing Test cricket, it has happened for the first time that we were on the field for three days. So, it was very challenging. You have to challenge yourself to bowl long spells and build more pressure in Test cricket. It was very enjoyable and a memorable match for us," Mohammed Siraj said in a video posted by BCCI on X (formerly Twitter).
Talking about his catch, Mohammed Siraj revealed that he understands his limitations as a fielder and spoke on his game-changing catch to dismiss Shakib Al Hasan.
"I've been working on my fielding for a long time and I talked about it with Jaddu (Ravindra Jadeja) bhai as well. Slowly, I started understanding about my fielding. I consider myself as a good fielder and talking about the catch, it is the best catch alongside the catch I took at the World Cup," Mohammed Siraj added.

Yashasvi Jaiswal speaks on India's attacking style
Meanwhile, Yashasvi Jaiswal spoke about India's aggressive batting style in the match. He revealed that the intent was clear to go hard at the ball and he got the confidence from his captain Rohit Sharma.
"It was really clear into the dressing room that we are going to set a target and we are going to play like that. And I think out intent was unbelievable. The way Rohit (Sharma)bhai played and I also got the same confidence that I can go from the first over and I was just trying. I was playing my shots where I can score runs and I did and I really enjoyed it," Yashasvi Jaiswal said.
"It's just incredible. He (Rohit Sharma) is one of the best. Seeing him how he works and how he talks into the dressing room, into the huddles and the approach he has on the ground," the opener Yashasvi Jaiswal added.
Rohit Sharma on his one-handed catch
Skipper Rohit Sharma also took an outstanding catch in the match for the big wicket of Litton Das. Rohit spoke about the catch and felt that the timing is important in such catches.
"The timing (of the jump) had to be good because otherwise, if you don't time the jump well, it is very easy to miss on. I would say I was lucky enough to hold on to it. I put the jump at the right time and put my hand at the right place at the right time," Rohit Sharma said in the video.
India completed a thorough domination of Bangladesh and has further strengthened its position in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Rankings. It is a good sign for the Men in Blue for the rest of the Test season.
Rohit Sharma-led India's next Test assignment is the three-match series against New Zealand at home. Later, they will travel to Australia for five Tests in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
