Mumbai Cricket Team would be eyeing their 42nd title under the captaincy of Prithvi Shaw. Under the new President Roger Binny, we can expect a lot of competitive wickets for the tournament. It would be interesting to see how this season fares as youngsters like Sarfaraz Khan would be eager to make a case for him.

Khaleel Ahmed Invaluable
The left-arm speedster had a very good IPL 2022 where he took 16 wickets in 10 matches for the Delhi Capitals (DC). He had an average of 19.69 and was quite disciplined in his approach. Khaleel has represented India in 11 ODIs and 14 T20Is, claiming 15 and 13 wickets respectively.
The pacer’s career has been marred with injuries and as we all know, cementing a place in the playing 11 is quite tough. He last represented India in 2019 against November and since then has been finding it tough to find a place. It would be interesting to see how he bounces back from the injury as making a comeback after an injury is always tough.
