The most recent MRF Tyres ICC Women’s T20I Rankings have recognized a bumper crop of international talents who are now illuminating the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa with ratings that are career-high.
Richa Ghosh, a rising star for India, has been in excellent form thus far, delivering unbroken scores of 31, 44, and 47 before losing to Ireland.

It resulted in Richa Ghosh achieving a career-best rating on the latest batter rankings, with Ghosh rising as high as 58 rating points following India’s match against England.

Richa Ghosh was not the only T20 World Cup player to set a new career high this week:
The India teenager wasn’t the only T20 World Cup star to set a new career high this week, with a pair of Kiwis and an unheralded Pakistan all-rounder also setting new career highs. Lea Tahuhu, an enduring pacer, has eight wickets, which puts her in a tie for the tournament’s most wickets. The 32-year-old has moved up three spots to reach eighth on the most recent list of T20I bowlers and has a rating that is a career-high.
Amelia Kerr, a teammate, also achieved new heights in South Africa. The 22-year-old registered career-high ratings on the lists for batters (up three spots to 16th) and all-rounders (up one spot to equal third) as a result of her impressive performances there.
In addition to breaking her own lifetime record on the list of all-rounders, Pakistan’s rising star Nida Dar (up two slots to fifth) attracted attention. Australia’s Darcie Brown, a pace bowler, also set a new record when she leaped ten spots to eighth place on the list of bowlers.
Ashleigh Gardner of Australia maintains her commanding lead in the all-rounder rankings, with India’s Deepti Sharma and Kerr sharing third place and Hayley Matthews, who moved up one spot to second, as her nearest rivals.
