KL Rahul‘s form at the top of the order has once again become the talking point. The right-handed batter who is coming back from the injury needs to be consistent. KL Rahul in the 1st T20I match had scored a half-century and was looking ominous. The Men in Blue would be worried as they can’t just keep chopping & changing all the time.

There have been talks going around the experts that Virat Kohli would be suited to open the batting. The former skipper is someone who can provide stability to the team as the team has got a lot of fire-power present in the form of Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya & Dinesh Karthik.

Sunil Gavaskar on KL Rahul

Sunil Gavaskar was having an interaction with Star Sports and was asked about KL Rahul. “Well, he was doing what the team was expecting him to do which was both the times, you saw he got a fifty in the first game but in the second game, where he had to throw the bat from the first ball because it was an 8-overs-a-side game, he sacrificed his wicket for the team.” he said.

“Similarly, the asking rate in the 3rd T20I match was more than 9 runs an over, it’s never easy, you want to get off to a good start. He sacrificed his wicket over there.” he added

Emphatic Series Victory for India

Defeating Australia is never easy as they have got that never to say die attitude. This victory would give momentum to the team. Rohit Sharma & Rahul Dravid would be finally smiling after a below par Asia Cup 2022. The duo knows that their job is not done yet as they have a long rally ahead.

Australia on the other hand would be having mixed feelings as they got to see Tim David roaring at the International Stage. His form is very much pivotal as he can single-handedly win the match for the defending Champions. The visitors would be aware that their bowling needs a little bit work as batters won’t win you matches all the time.
