This can be the last ODI World Cup for veteran players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Ravichandran Ashwin. Speaking about the same, R Sridhar said that playing a World Cup at home means a lot to players.

“It [playing a Home World Cup] means a lot, despite many of them having played more than three World Cups. Ash [Ashwin] and Virat have been part of our Home World Cup already, so they know what it is to be a part of our Home World Cup,” R Sridhar said.
