We're Looking Forward To It - Mayank Agarwal
Before the match, Mayank Agarwal acknowledged that playing in varied conditions is part of cricket. He emphasized confidence in the players' abilities and the importance of creating an environment for them to perform well.
"We would've also liked to bowl first, there's some freshness and moisture in the pitch. That's the nature of the sport, you get to play in a variety of conditions and get tested as a player and a person. We're looking forward to it," Agarwal said.
"(On changes) It can be little tricky at times but if you do enough homework you understand each one of them. All of them have done well for their respective states so everyone will be confident of their skills. It's about creating an environment where they can showcase their skills," he added.
At the end of the second session on Day 1, India 'A' scored 213 runs for the loss of five wickets. Tanush Kotian (44) and Shams Mulani (54) rescued the team from 144-6.
