During a chat with Star Sports, Virat Kohli was asked about his favourite cricketer. The former Indian skipper skipper said that Sachin Tendulkar was his favourite cricketer while growing up. Among active players, Ben Stokes is his favourite player.

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh took to Twitter to share his hilarious take on Virat Kohli’s choice of favourite cricketer. The former off-spinner said that fans hear it quite often.

Harbhajan Singh’s reference was towards the cuss word that resembles the word Ben Stokes, which is quite a well-known phrase among fans and even cricketers. His tweet began a laughter riot on Twitter and many fans reacted to the tweet.

Virat Kohli Got Out Cheaply Against Pakistan

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli is currently busy with Asia Cup 2023. He was part of the Group A game against Pakistan recently. However, the right-handed batsman failed to come up with a good show in the match.

The former Indian skipper got out for just 4 runs off 7 balls in the match. He was expected to come up with a marvellous show, considering his fabulous record against Pakistan in past encounters.

Against Nepal, Kohli did not get a chance to bat as openers Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill scored unbeaten knocks to chase down DLS’s revised target of 145. Earlier, in the first round, India and Pakistan both defeated Nepal to reach the Super Four round of Asia Cup 2023.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli has dropped to the 10th spot in the latest ICC rankings for ODI batsmen. However, it is to be noted that he did not play many ODI games during the last one month.
