Prasidh Krishna Available For Selection In India???s Next Match
The tournament???s Event Technical Committee has given its approval for the inclusion of Prasidh Krishna in the Indian squad as a replacement for Hardik Pandya. Prasidh Krishna can now be available for selection in India???s upcoming match against South Africa.
Prasidh Krishna recently recovered from a significant injury. The right-arm pacer returned to action during the T20I series against Ireland. He was part of the team in the 2023 Asia Cup and the three-match ODI series against Australia just before the World Cup.
The 27-year-old made his ODI debut against England in 2021, where he took four wickets. The tall fast bowler has represented the team in 17 ODI matches in his brief career and has secured 29 wickets with a decent average of 25.59 and an economy rate of 5.61.
