India are scheduled to host the Women’s ODI World Cup in September, with Visakhapatnam hosting the opening match and the opening ceremony. Other host cities for the tournament include Punjab, Mullanpur, Indore, Trivandrum, and Guwahati. The decision was finalized during a BCCI Apex Council meeting.

India to Begin WTC 2025-27 Cycle with a Test Series in England
India failed to qualify for the World Test Championship (WTC) final for the first time in three editions. The Men will begin the 2025-27 WTC campaign with a five-match away series against England, starting at Headingley in Leeds on June 20.
India delivered poor Test performances, which led to their elimination from the WTC race. They suffered a 3-0 whitewash at home against New Zealand, followed by a disappointing Border-Gavaskar Trophy campaign in Australia. They will be hoping to reach the final and secure the title in the next edition.
