The hosts India are ready to face the visitors England in the crucial fourth game of the five-match T20I series at Narendra Modi Stadium (Motera, Ahmedabad) on Thursday (18th March) night.
England are leading this T20I series by a 2-1 margin. So, India must have to win both the remaining matches to win this home T20I series as they can’t afford another defeat in this T20I series.
India vs England 2021, 4th T20I: India???s Predicted XI
Rohit Sharma

After getting rest for the first two matches of this series, limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma returned to the playing XI in the last T20I. But he scored 15 runs in the last T20I. While Rohit was the best Indian batsman in the recent home Test series against England, the team management has high faith in him.
KL Rahul
Ishan Kishan (wk)

Ishan Kishan made his T20I debut during the second match of this T20I series where he won the Player of the Match award for scoring match-winning 56 runs off 32 balls. Though he scored just 4 runs in the next match, he is unlikely to lose his spot at this moment.
Virat Kohli (C)
Shreyas Iyer
Suryakumar Yadav

Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav, both made their T20I debuts during the second game of this series. While Ishan performed heroically in that game, in-form Yadav didn’t have any chance to become a hero as his batting didn’t require and his only contribution in the game was a catch to dismiss Jonny Bairstow. But he was dropped in the next game due to the return of Rohit Sharma. As this team has so many wicket-keepers, team management may think to rest a wicket-keeper to bring Yadav in the playing XI.
Hardik Pandya

All-rounder Hardik Pandya has batted twice in this series and both were very difficult times for the team. In both those innings, he built up two good partnerships with the set batsmen but Pandya’s scores were 19 and 17 respectively.
Washington Sundar

Off-spinner Washington Sundar has taken four wickets in this T20I series. Mostly in this series, Sundar has managed to provide crucial breakthroughs by dismissing the set batsmen but he didn’t get enough support from the other Indian bowlers.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar

The right-arm pacer Bhuvneswar Kumar has just returned to the national team after more than a year. In three matches of this series, Kumar has taken only one wicket as he obviously needs some time to get in his familiar shape. But the important part is that he is not very expensive in this series.
