India Women vs Pakistan Women Birmingham Weather Today- Weather Forecast And Pitch Report of The Rose Bowl In Edgbaston, Birmingham- Commonwealth Games 2022. India women’s cricket team take on arch-rivals Pakistan in their second match in the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham on Sunday, July 31. Australia beat India by three wickets in the first T20I to give India a massive shock in the game.

India plays Australia (July 29), Pakistan (July 31) and Barbados (August 3). All the matches will be played in Edgbaston in Birmingham. The stage is set for the new generation of Indian women cricketers to script history in the absence of their veterans Mithali Raj and Jhulan Goswami.

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side lost a close game against the Aussies with their bowlers not performing to the best of their potential. Their performance in the final overs was hugely criticised after they could not capitalise after bringing the Aussies down to 49/5 chasing 155 to win.

“We still have a balanced side. We need to just shuffle our batting order and bowl intelligently. We can have a great competition. Right now, we are working on the killing attitude. Everyone’s talking about it and we are working on it. During the Sri Lanka tour, we had a team meeting, Pooja (Vastrakar) came up with this idea and said we have to play that way. It felt really nice to see players giving ideas” said Kaur ahead of their opening game against Australia.
