Against Rajasthan Royals, the right-arm bowler came out with another outstanding economical spell. He just gave 15 runs in his 4 overs and dismissed Shivam Dube. With the help of Jasprit Bumrah’s strict bowling, Mumbai Indians restricted Rajasthan Royals to 171-4 in the 1st innings. Jasprit Bumrah Like A Breakthrough App: Irfan Pathan

Speaking on Star Sports, Irfan Pathan and Brett Lee lauded Jasprit Bumrah for his brilliant bowling. Irfan called Bumrah a breakthrough app for Mumbai Indians.

“He (Jasprit Bumrah) is like a breakthrough app. Whenever you want a wicket, you open the app, if you don’t get wickets, he won’t go for any runs. That’s what you saw today, he has been doing that since his first IPL for the Mumbai Indians,” Pathan said.

Brett Lee said that Bumrah has all the class and firepower in his bowling.

“He has all the class and firepower in his armoury. He has got a different action that makes it difficult for the batsmen. And the control over the length and lines is brilliant. The length around the yorker area is a very high percentage. Not many bowlers can pull that off what Bumrah does,” Lee said.
