Nitish Rana opened the innings for KKR in the last game and played a splendid knock for the Men in Purple. For Mumbai Indians, the bright side was how Chris Lynn batted in the last game. However, with Quinton de Kock’s availability for selection in this match against KKR, Lynn might have to, unfortunately, compromise his place. Marco Jansen was another great find in the first match and Mumbai Indians will surely like to go ahead with him in the second game too.

Mumbai Indians Hungry To Bounce Back
Mumbai Indians will certainly be looking to bounce back in the tournament after losing their opening fixture to RCB by a margin of 2 wickets. It has been Mumbai’s tradition to lose the opening fixture as they have never gone on to win their opening match of the tournament since 2012. However, they have been the most successful IPL team in this duration as they have won 5 IPL titles so far.
KKR, on the other hand, will like to make it 2 wins in 2 games to go on top of the IPL 2021 points table. A lot will depend on the toss as dew will certainly play a key role in the second innings and the team that wins the toss would love to field first in Chennai.
