Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have won the toss against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in match 19 of IPL 2021 and elected to bat first. The current table-toppers of IPL 2021, CSK and RCB, will lock horns in the first southern derby of this year’s edition of the Indian Premier League in Mumbai.

Both these teams have got off to a solid start in this year’s IPL as Chennai Super Kings have won 3 out of the four games they have played so far while RCB has emerged as the invincibles of the tournament, having 4 out of the 4 games that they have played in the tournament this year.

As far as the teams are concerned, Ruturaj Gaikwad played a scintillating knock for the Men in Yellow in their last outing and so did Faf du Plessis, Both these players will certainly retain their place and open the innings for CSK in the game against RCB.
