KL Rahul is the skipper of Lucknow Super Giants. Last season, he could only play 9 games for the team due to injury, hitting 274 runs. Rahul is a crucial middle-order batsman for the Indian Team. Recently, he also showcased his wicketkeeping skills for the national side in ICC World Cup 2023.
KL Rahul has had many successful seasons in IPL, where he finished among the top run-getters and also won the orange cap. When LSG formed their squad ahead of the 2022 season, they chose KL Rahul as their skipper. He will lead the team in IPL 2024 as well and will be the first player that LSG will retain ahead of the auction.
2. Marcus Stoinis
Marcus Stoinis is a crucial all-rounder for the Lucknow Super Giants. He had a very successful season in IPL 2022. The Aussie star slammed the most 408 runs for the team across 15 matches.
Batting at a strike rate of 150+, he also stormed 3 half-centuries in the tournament. He also bagged 5 wickets in 5 innings. Marcus Stoinis is a regular member of the Australian national team and one of the best pace all-rounders in international cricket.

If we talk about spinners in the LSG squad, Ravi Bishnoi is the top name. The right-arm spinner has been part of the team since its inception in the 2022 season. He has also showcased an amazing form in the last two editions.
Last season, Bishnoi grabbed 16 scalps for the team in 15 games to finish as the leading wicket-taker for the side. He held a brilliant economy of 7.74. Even for the national team, Bishnoi has played many T20Is. He is an emerging spinner in Indian cricket and LSG would not like to drop him in the near future.
