The IPL 2024 auction is set to take place on December 19 in Dubai. BCCI released the list of IPL 2024 player auctions on Monday, December 11. A total of 333 players are set to undergo the hammer during IPL 2024 auction. Notably, there are 77 slots to be filled during the mini-auction, out of which, there are 30 overseas players.

Out of 333 players, there are 214 domestic players and 119 overseas players. In the highest salary bracket of Rs. 2 crore, there are 23 players. 13 names are part of Rs. 1.5 crore salary bracket while 14 players have placed themselves in Rs. 1 crore price bracket.

The players in the top salary brackets are prominent players and they often end up getting the top bids during IPL auctions. Here we talk about 5 players who can attract the maximum bid during the IPL 2024 auction.

Travis Head is the first player who can attract the maximum bid during the IPL 2024 auction. Head is part of the Rs. 2 crore salary bracket. The Australia opener gave a marvelous performance in the ICC World Cup 2023 in India last month.

The left-handed batter played just 6 matches but shattered 329 runs averaging 54+ with 2 tons and 1 fifty. Head also shattered a 137-run knock in the final against India to drive his team to the trophy.

The 24-year-old finished as top run-getter for New Zealand in the tournament with 578 runs. The left-handed batter shattered 3 centuries and 2 fifties across 10 games, batting at an average of 64+.

Ravindra can also bowl spin and this makes him a magnificent player to have in the squad. The Kiwi player has kept a base price of Rs. 50 lakh for himself in the IPL 2024 auction.
