In what has been the latest development as per the reports in ESPNCricinfo, it is learned that the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) management has decided on their retentions. The reports claimed that South Africa keeper-batter Heinrich Klaasen, Australian allrounder Pat Cummins, and Indian player Abhishek Sharma will be the top three retentions.

The reports claimed that Heinrich Klaasen will be the first retention for the team and will be getting INR 23 crore. Pat Cummins, on the other hand, will be the second retention and will be retained at INR 18 crore, and India allrounder Abhishek Sharma, who will be the third retention, will stay with the team at INR 14 crore.

Pat Cummins was decent with the ball as well for the team. The premier fast bowler was spot-on with his leadership and also led from the front. He picked 18 wickets in the tournament at an economy of just over 9 and also was handy with the bat for his team in the league.
