Former West Indies National Cricket Team player Dwayne Bravo has hailed India National Cricket Team pacer Jasprit Bumrah as the best in the world. He also talked about the leadership skills of his ex-Chennai Super Kings teammate, MS Dhoni.

Bumrah has been one of the major reasons why the India National Cricket Team are a dominating force. He played a massive role for the team in the ICC T20 World 2024, where he picked 15 wickets and won Player of the Tournament, helping the team win the ICC title after a long wait of 11 years.

Dwayne Bravo had no doubts that Jasprit Bumrah is the best bowler in the world and said that no one is better than him. Speaking in a video posted on Sports Yaari X handle, he said, "Yes he's (the best bowler in the world currently). No.1 (no one is better than him).

Jasprit Bumrah is currently at the NCA as he is on the road to recovery. The fast bowler faced a back injury during the last game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 in Sydney. Since then he has been out of action and also has been ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Jasprit Bumrah is now likely to make a comeback in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. There also have been several reports which have claimed that the fast bowler will be appointed as a permanent skipper of the India National Cricket Team in Test cricket.
MS Dhoni is the best in the world - Dwayne Bravo
Dwayne Bravo, who played for Chennai Super Kings under MS Dhoni, was asked to rate the keeper-batter's leadership skills. Replying to this, he called Dhoni the best in the world. The former West Indies cricketer also called Kieron Pollard his best friend and talked about his bond with Indian players.
"MS Dhoni is the best in the world. I have no best friends in the Indian team; my best friend is Kieron Pollard. You know, I have a good friendship with a lot of these guys. So, it's hard to single out anyone."

MS Dhoni will be next seen in action during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the schedule of the tournament on Sunday (16th February). The league will begin on 22nd March, and Chennai Super Kings will be opening their campaign against Mumbai Indians on 23rd March.
