He Doesn’t Like Stubborn People – Makhaya Ntini on Graeme Smith

Makhaya Ntini in an interview with SAFM has revealed that Graeme Smith isn’t fond of stubborn people and believes that he won’t be picked by Smith for the role of South Africa captain. He expressed his interest in coaching South Africa and was disappointed that he had to be fired in an attempt to make things right. Mark Boucher is the current coach of South Africa with Quinton de Kock being the current captain

“I’m still interested in coaching. I enjoyed my time with Zimbabwe; it’s a pity I was fired for wanting to do things right. But Graeme Smith will never call me for South Africa. He doesn’t like stubborn people. So, I don’t think I’ll be part of the Proteas coaching staff,” said Makhaya Ntini in an interview with SAFM.

South Africa Desperate For A Win In Pakistan

South Africa lost the recent away Test series 0-2 to Pakistan in their first visit after 14 years time. Pakistan produced a lot of key performances and bowled really well in the turning tracks to make merry of the South Africa batsman. The test series win also provided a lot of confidence into the T20 series for Pakistan and won the first T20 to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20 series.
