Hussain, who is regarded as one of the most famous commentators in world cricket, in an official statement has said that he is most likely to perform the commentary duties at the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 in New Zealand.

The ICC Women’s World Cup 2022 is set to begin from March 4 at the Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui with the clash between New Zealand Women’s Team and West Indies Women’s Team.

“Rumours that I am commentating on PSL7 are not true as I will most likely be working on the Women’s World Cup,” he said in a tweet posted by Saj Sadiq.

However, the 53-year-old was hoping that he does commentary in the Pakistan Super League at some point in the future.
