Of late, social media has become a big headache for celebrities. A section of people creates news on a few celebrity individuals to engage the fake audience on their pages for obvious reasons. The latest to become the scapegoat of those sites is the brother of Brendon McCullum, Nathan McCullum, who was headlined to be dead.
One of the Twitter pages named New Zealand Cricket Fan Club stated to their followers that the former off-spinner of Kiwis, Nathan McCullum is dead. Further, they also added that his wife declared the news.
Digging into their post, it read ” The former New Zealand cricketer, who represented New Zealand in T20 Internationals and ODI matches have been dead. His wife Vanessa announced that he has passed away.”

Meanwhile, somehow, the news reached Nathan McCullum, who quoted that he is in a great state. Furthermore, McCullum clarified that he is chilling better than ever in his life. He confirmed the report is fake.
His tweet read ”I am alive and kicking more than ever before. Not sure where this news has come from but this is fake. Love you all.”

Nathan McCullum is an off-spinning all-rounder, who appeared for New Zealand in limited overs format and also played franchise cricket across the world. He has been a canny off-spinner, who always delivered the goods for his side either with the ball or bat.
His career stats read 84 and 63 games in ODI and T20I format of the game respectively. He ended up his career by bagging 63 and 58 wickets respectively in ODI and shortest format.
