"No doubt there was...": Travis Head finally reveals truth about rift in Australian camp

The explosive Australia National Cricket Team batsman Travis Head has finally addressed the rumours of a rift in the Australian camp in the middle of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.
Travis Head revealed that there was a lot of disappointment within the group after the loss to India in the first Test, but definitely there were 'no fractions'.
What exactly happened in the Australian camp?
The premier Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood looked frustrated with the performance of the batters in the Perth Test against India and when asked to share views on that, he said 'You probably have to ask one of the batters that question.'
These remarks sparked speculations of the rift in the Australian dressing room as the legendary wicketkeeper-batsman Adam Gilchrist opined that there was a divide in the team between the batters and bowlers.
The former England captain Michael Vaughan suggested that there were internal tensions in the Australian camp and expressed his shock at the comments made by Josh Hazlewood.
Recently, the Test skipper Pat Cummins and pace spearhead Mitchell Starc were also asked questions related to a rift in the dressing room, and they quashed all the rumours.

Speaking to 7news, Head said that they had a poor week in Test cricket as they faced a humiliating 295-run loss to India.
However, Travis Head denied the claims of a rift, saying that 'people picked the bones out of a comment'. He added that the players hung out together after the first Test.
“I think (people have) picked the bones out of a comment on the back of a poor week, which is fine. All the boys hung out together last night, nothing changed in the way we were as a group," Head told 7NEWS.
“We stuck together, had some good conversations as we always would, win or draw. It’s a pretty level group. No doubt there was a lot of disappointment around the room but definitely no fractions," he added.

The second Test of the two-match series between India and Australia is set to start on December 6 in Adelaide, and it will be the pink-ball day-night Test.
Travis Head said that they play pink-ball Tests very well, but they will have to be at their very best against India in the upcoming Test to clinch a victory and level the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 1-1.
"We play the pink ball well traditionally there and look we’re going to have to. There’s no hiding behind that, we’ve got to play better. Nothing’s guaranteed in this game, but if we work hard, no reason why we can’t turn it around.”
