The Pakistan Cricket Board is taking several measures to uplift women's cricket in the nation, as several national championships as well as training camps have been organized for the purpose. As a result of this, several young women cricketers from Pakistan are making it to the international level.
One such supremely talented young Pakistani player has been the 22-year-old enigmatic batter Eyman Fatima. She starred in the National Women's T20 tournament, which recently concluded in Karachi around 2 months back.
With a stellar show in the domestic league, Sana gained immediate limelight, having scored 287 runs from 8 matches at an impressive strike rate of 155.14. The Pakistan Women's side, who have been long in the search for a quick-scoring batter, immediately roped him into the national side.

The Pakistan Cricket Board is still in a tussle over the Asia Cup 2025
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been in a continuous tussle with the BCCI over the upcoming continental championship, the Asia Cup 2025. Ever since the political tensions arose between India and neighbouring foes, Bangladesh and Pakistan, the game of cricket has had large-scale implications.
From the stoppage of the PSL and the IPL mid-season to the cancellation of the WCL fixture between the two teams. Despite all these, the Asian Cricket Council, currently headed by Pakistan Cricket Board chief Mohsin Naqvi, has decided to host its AGM in Dhaka, ignoring several pleas made by the BCCI to reconsider the venue.
The meeting scheduled to take place on the 24th and 25th is rightly boycotted by the BCCI and has thrown the future of the Asia Cup into some major doubt.
