The GT vs PBKS IPL 2024 match will be played in Ahmedabad on Thursday, April 4. This is the third game for the Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium and the second game at home on the trot. It was a clinical performance from the Titans with Mohit Sharma picking three wickets with the ball Rashid Khan, Umesh Yadav, and Noor Ahmed taking a wicket each, and Azmatullah Omarzai taking a wicket each. The Titans backed the Afghanistan trio in the match and all of them took a wicket each.

Punjab Kings, after their first win over Delhi Capitals, have lost their next two games on the trot. They failed to defend 176 against Royal Challengers Bangalore. Against LSG, they failed to chase 200 in Lucknow. The over-dependence of Shikhar Dhawan with the bat was once again exposed.

Jonny Bairstow scored 42 in the game but there was not much from the rest of the batters. Liam Livingstone was struggling with his hamstring in the last match and it will be interesting to see whether he gets fit for this game.
