Prithvi Shaw, Suryakumar Yadav Complete Quarantine in England, Available for Selection From 3rd Test

Indian opener Prithvi Shaw and middle-order batsman Suryakumar Yadav have come out of quarantine and will be available for selection from the third Test onwards. The two were flown in directly from Colombo, where India played a white-ball series.
Prior to the start of the series, Shubman Gill aggravated an injury during the World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand. He was confirmed to have suffered shin splints, which ruled him out of the 5-match Test series against England.
Washington Sundar, while playing for County Select XI against India in a warm-up game, suffered a blow to his finger which also ended his tour. Being short on players, BCCI decided to consider Shaw and Suryakumar who were actively participating in the Lankan tour.
After deliberation, they decided to call the two players to the UK. After arriving in England, the two had to undergo mandatory quarantine before joining the team. Upon completion, the two made their way to Lord’s, as seen in a photo shared by the BCCI on its Twitter handle.

Joe Root produces another masterclass at Lord’s to score his second century of the series
England captain continues to carry the team on his back as he mustered another scintillating century in the second Test against India at Lord’s. Having come in when England was in a precarious position, Root took some time to settle before rebuilding the innings with Rory Burns.
Root carried on, however, and through a quick single, completed his second century in two innings. With the hundred, he continues his imperious form in the longest format. In the latest update, England was 243/4, trailing India by 121 runs in the first innings.
